Formerly known as ITL Motors, Eram Motors was founded in 2010 and is the No.1 Mahindra & Mahindra Vehicle Dealer in Kerala.

A part of the Eram Group – an Indian multinational conglomerate company, Eram Motors is Mahindra’s Motor Vehicle Dealer with 30+ branches across South India.

The Problem

Eram Motors did not have an online presence at the time when their competitors were leveraging digital platforms for marketing success. Eram Motors turned to us to create a digital strategy that focused on creating brand awareness and lead generation.

The Solution

By conducting a digital audit and brainstorming tactics to meet their marketing objectives, we came up with a digital strategy that Eram Motors worked with.

Creating a refined website was our first step in addressing the challenges. The website was designed with user-friendliness, lead generation, and search visibility in mind. The strategy also involved leveraging social media platforms to communicate to existing customers and address customer grievances. 

Then we deployed Facebook ads that specifically targeted the right audience for the right vehicles. Using geo-location data, customer-behavior analysis, and remarketing ads, we focused on generating quality leads that converted.

The Results

We were able to generate more than 7000 qualified leads for various products through digital ads and the website. The success of the digital initiatives we implemented led Eram Motors to focus more on lead generation through digital platforms and set up a dedicated team for it.
